Kristin Bakowski is the principal designer at meis design interiors,

a native to Marin, Kristin draws inspiration from The County's natural beauty, the coast, & San Francisco's unique history &  architecture.

Her organic approach to design emphasizes the simple and often overlooked notion that a home should reflect the sensibilities of the people living in it.

Kristin works to weave personalities with possessions, creating individualized interiors that suit her client's personal style,  design, and life style. 
Playing a remix of old and new, utilizing the legendary fabric houses, local artisans, reclaimed goods, & one of a kind found objects she 

creates a fun & rewarding experience for her clients. 
Kristin helps

the local Yes to Kids Foundation. Designing & building theater sets for the schools theater productions.
